Ingredients:
  Bagels, any variety
  Cream cheese, plain

1. Split and toast the bagels to your preferred doneness
2. Spread a nice layer of cream cheese on each half...note that more cream cheese offsets more KD's Killin' Sauce heat...so I spread it pretty thick!
3. Dab on and smear around KD's Killin' Sauce as desired and enjoy!

Recommendation for first-timers: Test for yourself with just a small dab (i.e. 1/8th teaspoon) of KD's KS...increase as desired!  You can see I get pretty aggressive with it!

First recipe post....hopefully many more to come and be shared...from me or you!
INGREDIENTS:
* head(s) of Cabbage  (enuf to accommodate the # of 1" thick "steaks" desired)
* Thick-Cut Bacon  (enuf to cover the cabbage steaks, edge to edge)
* KD's Killin' Sauce

STEPS:
1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F
2. slice cabbages "vertically" into 1"+ "steaks"
3. slather on KD's KS to each bacon slice on its backside
4. pin the bacon to the cabbage at each end + on-top
5. Roast at 380 degrees F for 20-25 mins
(look for crispy, browned bacon on top!)
Note: I like to use parchment paper on regular cookie sheets for easier clean-up!
